The display shows error code E: Firmware not found2020-03-16T11:08:20+02:00

Firmware not found during an update can have various causes.

1. Have you put the files directly on the stick or in a folder?
You must put all files directly in the root of the stick, not in a folder.

2. If you look at the files on the stick you see for example FIRMWARE.BIN or maybe you see FIRMWARE (2) .BIN
In the last example, your PC / Mac has downloaded the file multiple times and your browser automatically places an extension after it.
Remove the extension so that it really has FIRMWARE.BIN (this applies to all 3 files)

3. Problems with the USB stick, format your usb stick and try again.

The system has found the satellite, but it is aimed at an object2020-03-16T11:08:19+02:00

By reflecting of the satellite signal, it is possible that the system aligns itself with a reflecting surface such as the side of a building or window.
The satellite signal is sufficient for receiving the satellite, but it may be too weak to watch (some) TV channels.
Move the antenna and re-align the antenna, or if possible, search again and block the reception between dish and object.
