How do I change the mtHWInfo.bin file to mtHWInfo.txt

After downloading the mtHWInfo.bin frequency file, change the .bin extension to .txt

Download the file , for example, to your desktop on the PC / Laptop

mtHWInfo.bin

• Move the mouse over the file and click on the left mouse button.
• A window opens with different choices.
• Select with the right mouse button: Change name.
• You can now change the file name.
• Select the last 3 letters bin with the right mouse button and change to txt
• Press enter after the change.
• You get the message from windows: When you change the extension, the file may become unusable. Do you want to change the extension?
• Press Yes. the file has now been changed to:
  mtHWInfo.txt

The file is now ready for use and you can copy it to the USB stick
