Video loss or poor signal on all channels
Receiving equipment for your TV is sensitive. On this page you will find more information about possible causes of malfunctions and associated solutions

Weather
The digital TV signal is sent through the air. Anything that can stand in the way of this signal (especially thunder or heavy rain) can therefore cause a disturbance in your reception. Do you suddenly have no or poor picture on all channels and does it rain or thunder very hard? Then wait a moment, if the shower is over, chances are that your signal will get better. Signals are also sent from Luxembourg, so also check the rain radar for those places if you suspect that the weather is getting in the way of your signal:

If your dish is aligned, you should not suffer from signal loss in small rain showers. It is important that the antenna is properly aligned and adjusted. Remember the LNB skew setting if you do not have an automatic LNB skew. You will also find that the signal in the peripheral areas is weaker. You will therefore have trouble with rain if the signal decreases.

Snow could also cause your signal to be disrupted. Due to snow that sticks to the dish or lnb, the signal can no longer be properly transmitted to the receiver. So has it snowed and then you have no or poor picture? Then make your antenna snow-free and check the channels again.
