The notification relates to your receiver or TV input.
Separate receiver connected to your TV:
- Make sure the correct source input has been selected from your TV. Press Source on the TV remote and select the receiver input (probably HDMI)
- Check the cable between TV and Receiver
- Check the coaxial cable from the antenna to your receiver
TV with built-in receiver:
- Make sure the correct source input has been selected from your TV. On the TV remote control, press Source and select the satellite input (probably DVB-S)
- Check the connectors and coaxial cable between receiver and antenna
