The source of poor reception signal can have various causes. Below a number of possible causes, sorted by the most common ones.
- Obstacle (building, but also a tree) between the satellite and the system
- You are at the edge of the reception area.
- LNB not running properly with systems without automatic skew TVA 65 / SAT 85 (See chapter skew in manual etc)
- Check if you have the latest software in your antenna
- Bad connection of a connector
- Coax cable damage to the system
- Tuner / receiver defective (also cabling between TV and receiver)
- LNB defective
