Satellite found but you do not have all or any channels:

• Check whether your subscription / smart card is still active.
• Check skew from LNB
• Blockade satellite (obstacle / tree etc)
• Receiver does not send LNB voltage (receiver defective)
• You are outside the footprint of de satellite

If you cannot find the cause, we recommend that you have the system including receiver checked at your dealer.
