The system does not receive enough voltage to function
- The correct adapter voltage is no longer present, check the 230 V supply voltage and the 24 V adapter voltage. (measures the 24V from the 230/24 V adapter)
- The 15 m supplied coax cable may be damaged, replace the coax cable
- If you use an external external connection. Connect the supplied 15 meter coax cable directly to the power inserter.
Tip: If the system works with a direct connection, you can reassemble the cable via the external connection after alignment. Check the inner and outer cables for defects for a general solution.
Use of an external outdoor connection: Using an external external connection can cause problems with the operation of the system. In many cases this is caused by voltage loss and the system will therefore display the error message “voltage too low”.
When the system does not work with an external external connection, there can be several reasons:
- A thinner / lighter type of coaxial cable was used in the camper / caravan.
- The junction box or cable has an earth fault due to, for example, damage.
- If the coax cable is too thin, or there is a leakage current somewhere, there is not enough voltage coming to the R6 system. The cable and connection boxes must be checked.
