Possible causes:

1. The receiver is not connected or switched on. If you have installed the control module in the system and you switch the connected receiver on any TV channel (not on standby!), The 2nd green light on the power inserter will light up. At that time, the control module also lights up and you can use the system.

2. There has been a short circuit in the coax cable.
Check the cables and connectors. The system needs to be reset, turn off the short coaxial cable from the receiver to
the power inserter, wait 3 seconds and tighten again. The power inserter has now been reset and the system is ready for use.

3. LNB voltage is not switched on in receiver menu. Check the LNB voltage in your receiver. consult the manual of your receiver if necessary

4. If you use the external satellite connection in your motorhome or caravan: Connect the supplied coaxial cable
directly to the receiver and see if the system works. Then check your external satellite connection.

5. The receiver may be defective.
Check / measure the LNB voltage of your receiver, does the receiver output 14 or 18 V (depending on the selected channel) when it is switched on?
