Reflection of the satellite signal makes it possible for the system to align itself with a reflecting surface such as the side of a window or building.
The satellite signal is sufficient for receiving the satellite, but it may be too weak to watch (some) TV channels.
Move the antenna and re-align the antenna, or if possible, search again and block the reception between dish and object.
