You hear a rattling noise but the R6 / 7 is not running.

The motor pins of the control unit do not rotate properly in the black inserts of the system.

1. Check whether the control unit is properly placed in the system. If necessary, remove the control unit and plug in again.

2. The black inserts must be replaced, contact your Dealer
