The display shows error code E: No tuner
The tunerboard inside the satellite outdoor unit is not connected on the motorboard. Check the electronics module in the outdoor unit, contact your dealer.
The display shows error code E: Not possible DiSEqC active
It is not possible to manually select another satellite because auto DiSEqC is switched on. If required, switch off DiSEqC in the menu of the Travelvision (your system will no longer automatically switch between the satellites). Consult the manual of your antenna type for switching off.
