Check whether your subscription / smart card is still active. Check skew from LNB Blockade satellite (obstacle / tree etc) Receiver does not send LNB voltage (receiver defective) You are outside the footprint of de satellite If you cannot find the cause, we recommend that you have the system including receiver checked at your dealer.
Check that there are no obstacles that limit the rotation of the antenna. Remove the control module from the antenna and try again.
The motor pins of the control module do not make contact with the black inserts in the system. Check if the control panel is positioned correctly. If the problem persists, we recommend having the system checked at your Dealer
The motor pins of the control unit do not rotate properly in the black inserts of the system. Check whether the control unit is properly placed in the system. If necessary, remove the control unit and plug in again. The black inserts must be replaced, contact your Dealer
