You do not have to open the files with your PC.
You only need to copy them (copy right mouse button) and place them (paste right mouse button) on an empty USB stick. Due to the anti-virus programs installed on your PC, you may not be able to do this directly from your email program. In this case you can make an intermediate step by first placing the files on the desktop, for example, and then copying them to the USB stick.
