- Check that there are no obstacles between the system and the south-facing satellites.
- Check the LNB skew settings if you have a TVA 65 with manual skew (see chapter 4 in manual) TVA 65 as from 2016, or TVA 65 model 2015
- You may be outside the footprint (broadcast area) of the desired satellite. See receiving areas
If you are sure that the above does not apply:
- Check if you have the latest Travelvision TVA software version. See Download firmware TVA roof antenna
- Check the LNB, coaxial cable and connectors from antenna outdoor unit to antenna input (1) on controller
